No dwellings should be located anywhere until the infrastructure has been agreed - no more traffic congestion!!! a bypass road solution for the district as a whole needs to be established and the suitable dwellings sited alongside this. Even to considering the railway line between Rayleigh and Rochford and adding additional side tracks to link to the main network rail (sidelines and new stations) - one has been put in for Southend Airport. When will councils learn this key fundamental need to provide infrastructure before residential developments.
