Representation Summary:

When the traveler site in Crays Hill was created there was one major flaw, it had no sustainable boundaries, this allowed the site to increase in size and numbers until it reached the size it is now. The 2 proposed sites in Hockley have the same problem although the pitch may be meant for only 1 fixed van and 1 mobile there is a larger area of land around the plots that could be either used for more vans or to store and hoard rubbish, this is something I do not wish my children to wittnes.
