Despite there being a 'public consultation' on the above apparently since 17th March 2010, it was purely by chance and word of mouth from a friend that I have been made aware of this. I have a fundamental problem with the fact that most of my local community are still unaware of this and other proposals which will severely impact all those who live in the Rayleigh area.
