Developement should either be spread around as many sites as possible or a new village away from all other areas. It is unfair to force the majority of the housing on one small village increasing its population by such a large percentage when the area can hardly cope as it is. There are many elderly people in hullbridge and it difficult to park near the surgery/pharmasist as it is.
