Speard the building over several smaller sites, it will improve the village rather than having 1 monsterous new estate 100% out of keeping with the community.

It was observed that some areas in the man location schdle were to have no development. this is odd. The planners should consider a number of sites to enable comminities to absorb additional loads and population without too much disruption.areas presently not noted shopuld be further investigated.

you either have a flood site or an area that does not have the infastructure to support the buildings...the best idea is to leave this village alone to flourish naturaly rather than turn it into a Gheto !!!

Good Day,

I would like to support the option SWH4

I believe the development will make the village a better specticle upon entering the village with new housing and bring more money into the towns economy.

I do not believe the development should be on a selection of sites, and just keep to one, as it will restrict the loss of local countryside.

Many Thanks

Developement should either be spread around as many sites as possible or a new village away from all other areas. It is unfair to force the majority of the housing on one small village increasing its population by such a large percentage when the area can hardly cope as it is. There are many elderly people in hullbridge and it difficult to park near the surgery/pharmasist as it is.

I can see from the plans throughout the area that a range of sites are being considered. I am unaware of the impact to local residents from the other local sites but as traffic approaches Rochford often through hullbridge, this must also be taken into account as another cause of increased impact on the local infrastructure.

Assuming that the question refers to 'a number of sites' in the overall area, this would be the natural way for achieving a moderate increase in housing stock. Ideally this would be through the use of brownfield sites rather than at the expense of greenbelt, although if greenbelt is required then it should be in areas where this 'snatchback' has already begun ie completley fill in the area along Rawreth Lane to the old A130 and running down to London Road. This would create a block of stock - effectively a new willage.
