They should be spread around and only placed on sites that are self contained to avoid unauthorised expansion.
Not only that but these sites offer them the opportunity to maintain their nomadic nature without being exposed and causing potential detriment to larger areas of existing residents.
I do feel they should be paying council tax as well like everybody else
