Whilst I appreciate the need for new houses,my concern is the problem of access. It appears that access will be via Folly Chase into Folly Lane. The Chase would require widening at the expense of private gardens. Folly Lane is already a bottleneck. Extra traffic entering the High Road would exacerbate an already overly congested road.50 new houses means ,in effect ,100 extra cars.
I suggest the council look at land ajacent to Lower Road, which is not nearly so busy. This applies to WH1, WH3 and WH4
