Draft Policy E3 explains that development in area 1A will be permitted subject to a schedule which sets out that the area should provide 20,000sqm of Use Class B1 floorspace / 1000 jobs and confirms that development will be required to make a contribution towards achieving the new open space to the north and east of the site, to improving walking and cycling provision in the JAAP, and to contribute towards walking and cycling facilities to link the business park with Hall Road and to the Cherry Orchard Jubilee Country Park.
