An increase in jet engine noise for passenger flights to the level of the noise from jets that occasionally go in and out for maintenance will put me out of business. I operate a counselling practice for which I require peace and quiet and lack of disturbance. You talk about monitoring noise levels, but it's too late by the time you are doing the monitoring, they are already in operation.
