I do not feel that the residents of Southend and Rochford have been fully briefed and consulted fairly on this important matter which impacts us all. This consultation is not INDEPENDENT and could be interpreted and biased towards the airport or council's views.
You assume:
a) residents are aware of the exact proposals in order to make their view known - I expect the majority are not;
b) residents fully understand the IMPACT of the proposals;
c) residents will comment on the website.
How will you interpret our views? There should be a representative independent survey conducted about such an important matter.
