I am certain that the proposed development will have a detrimental affect on all local residents due to:
* huge increase in noise and air pollution
* ever more traffic/congestion
* transport/road infrastructure already unable to cope with current volume 9re A127, Rayleigh/Eastwood Rd - all roads to/from Southend
* further loss of Green Belt land
* Disturbance from freight planes 24/7
* Potential Safety Issues
In addition, outline plan is totally unrealistic and misleading especially with regard to the promise of a large increase in local employment.
New Jobs, if any, are likely to be offered to non locals - there is no Section 106
