I've lived in Hockley for the past 25 years and almost everyday walk or drive past Pindi Nursery
As Hockley is very small, most businesses are always very full, however I have never really seen anyone in the Nursery. With Potash around the corner and always at full capacity, Pindi Nursery seems very disowned and derelict
Although I feel Hockley is becoming very busy on the roads and also overcrowded, the demand in housing is very high and the location is ideal due to the amount of land and also resources around the area
If built on with green ideas in mind, preserving key tree's and habitat, I feel residential properties would be best suited there and add life to the area.
