I've always lived in Hockley and walk or drive past Pindi Nursery almost every day.
Because Potash is always so busy it does look as though Pindi Nursery is closed or hardly in use - the carpark is always empty which is such a shame to see it go from a busy garden nursery to rarely busy.
Although I feel Hockley is overcrowded and keeping nice green areas is essential, housing demand is very high and the location is ideal due to the amount of land there is.
If built on with green ideas in mind, preserving key tree's and habitat, I feel residential properties would be best suited there.
