I have lived in Hawkwell for 25 years. In that time I have seen many changes, none more so than the increase of new properties. I understand the need for new development. I think the Pindi Nursery would be an ideal project. It looks rather run down and doesn't project a good image for the area. Two recent development have been constructed around the area and it would seem natural to infill that site. Growing families would have the opportunity to stay in the village as new housing is in short supply.
