[Re CFS064]
I’m emailing re the proposed 214 houses on the above field which links Hockley community centre to Folly Chase and is an area for families and dog walkers to enjoy the quietness away from the traffic. The field keeps you away from the already busy B1013.

Adding an additional 214 houses to an area that is already heavily congested, and queues regularly with traffic is somewhat ludicrous - the infrastructure and local amenities aren’t in place, schools, doctors etc to cope with this development.

I strongly reject the proposed development and would urge you to reconsider the proposed houses in an area that has seen recently several new builds being added (i.e. Folly Lane on the former mushroom farm)
