We are writing to make our strong objections to your new housing development plans in our closely surrounding area.
It would be an absolute tragedy to destroy our lovely surrounding fields with their natural wildlife habitat, just to turn it into a concrete jungle of countless new houses.
It would destroy the lovely open views enjoyed by local residents and will make our surroundings far too overcrowded.
There is not enough local infrastructure and the whole area will become even more gridlocked than it already is.
Additional parking needs would encroach on the surrounding roads and they would turn into an even worse rat run/cut through than it already is around here.
There is a great risk of repeated flooding from the steep hill at Stevens Farm at the very end of Bull Lane. (Please see my own video to see how bad it can get) https://youtu.be/TiM02Yv4mNI

Our elderly neighbour, Marion Stanford of [REDACTED], asked us to include her name in these objections.
Pleased leave our area alone and don't inflict such ridiculous building plans on our local neighbourhood.
