The land in the Rayleigh area that has been proposed i object to as the local area is already being over developed with out the infrastructure of new g.ps schools roads hospital beds being added.
The green belt land should not be developed and should be actively protected and promoted to enhance the area.
The plans being proposed are not sustainable or appropriate for the area due to the lack of study that has taken place on the impact on the area including emissions tests and infrastructure tests
The portal that has been created is not user friendly and therefore will not reflect the views of residents. Each household should recieve a notification of this plan to gain a true reflection of residents opinions.
This should be pushed back to goverment as other councils in the area are doing
