The Wakerings and Barling cannot sustain any further development. Previous developments were to include provision for increased school and doctor's capacity. This has not happened to my knowledge.
The current infrastructure is not appropriate - and is ulikely to be improved by further development, and the area's identified are likely to link the villages to a wider Southend, Rochford urban area.
