The infratstructure in terms of roads, and access to main highways is lacking, and there are no proposed routes out
The secondry Schooling provision is poor currently there are thousands of bus journeys made to Rochford school
There is no local industry to support the people and they will need to tavel which has an environmental negative impact
There are valuable mineral rescources that will be covered if housing development approved
There is only one direction out of the village and thais is via Southend on sea, which is conjested and being developed without infrastructure enhancement
