Great Wakering has already been over developed with new builds,and should not be considered for any more . Reason being as example , based on population of Rochford council and houses required ,one house for 27 people in next 20 years, based on Great Wakering population ,all built or planning approved ,one house for 18 people. We have had our allocation for at least the next 30 years!
