All current green open space is important to maintain especially as once built on it cannot revert back to open space ! .... with reference to COL07 & COL 20 It is acknowledged that the greenest building is the one already there. So why increase the carbon footprint by demolishing two buildings only in need of refurbishment. These are not Brown Field sites but part of Rayleigh's Conservation Area. As Rayleigh grows it is important to retain all existing open space as well as all mature trees. Think Biodiversity...!!!!
