No further development should be agreed unless the infrastructure is in place currently any new developments impact adversely on Rayleigh as the options for travel mean increased use of the roads through Rayleigh which include Webster's Way which was built as a service road for shops and never intended to carry the amount of traffic that now passes through making any journey to Rayleigh Weir take excessive amounts of time and increasing the polutants we breathe.
