Having reviewed the supporting documents, The building of in excess of 5,000 house in the area is excessive and contrary to the vision statement presented stating the area "should remain the gateway to our rural countryside". Furthermore the housing presents additional congestion to the roadways which are already not fit for purpose and no plan is presented to review this or new roadways included not additional schooling available, nor new health services.Being part of an age group this should benefit I believe this is detrimental to the future of the town and is presented out of personal greed.
