Respondent: Mr M Gullifer

Representation Summary:

CSFO53 and CFSO27 are designated green belt land with public bridle paths going through them. Both of these sites are well used on a daily basis by horse riders, hikers, bicycle and local walkers, because it is green belt and safe from traffic. The land provides a safe haven for wild life and is a stop over point for many migratory birds throughout the year. The land is a water soak point in heavy rains. Development in any way to this land will remove even more green belt land from the area which is disappearing at an alarming rate.
