Assessment areaAA78(49 & P45) seems to be an ideal location for a small but significant addition to local housing stock. I am familiar with the existing residents of this area who are in favour of development by a local builder. It is a logical extension of recent surrounding developments and would improve the appearance of what is rapidly becoming derelict.
The now closed nursery used to generate considerable extra traffic on the B1013 so a modest number of houses with good access would be unlikely to be much different.
This development would allow the B1013 to become the greenbelt boundary.
