What's missing is local representation in the committee. They all seem to reside in Rayleigh. How on earth can they possibly come up with a "vision" for Wakering and Barling that represents the local views when none of them live here? I think this is an absolute disgrace! We are clearly being used as a dumping ground for all the unwanted housing developments and don't have any say in it whatsoever!
