Dear Planning
I with respect strongly object to spatial options development CSF024 Land north of Merryfields Avenue, Hockley. Access to the site is limited. I am deeply concerned about the additional traffic (volume and speed) on Marylands Avenue, both during construction and thereafter. This would be dangerous and risk the safety to local residents young and old. Furthermore, this is greenbelt land with agricultural status and tree protection orders. There would be a detrimental impact on the landscape, the local habitat and the adjacent nature reserve. I am also concerned with access and impact to local schooling.
