I strongly object to proposed development of the site behind Malvern Road and the cattery. Building on this site would damage Beckney Woods and surrounding areas, including loss of habitat and animals. There would be an increased flood threat to existing houses caused by the run-off from higher ground. Access would be very problematic and disruptive. Would create further congestion on routes that are already very busy and poorly maintained. Local infrastructure will not be able to cope. The lives of existing residents will be severely impacted.
