I object strongly to the development site CF064 ear marked for 214 houses. This site would impinge on ancient woodland and would have a very detrimental effect on the current wildlife corridor . Any access roads would create unacceptable levels of traffic and could result in loss of community amenities ( Hockley Community centre). Any access via Osborne Avenue would be very close to Hockley Primary school and the levels of traffic on Osborne Avenue at school times are dangerous - it is already an accident waiting to happen. The roads on the Betts farm estate cannot take any further traffic.
