Site ref CFS023. Beckney Woods is a hidden gem used for walks,bike rides, horse riding and other physical activity as well as a site of natural beauty and diversity. Any further development near these already small woods would jeopardize it's future and hinder the enjoyment of those who visit it. From a practical point of view, the road access to this area is not suitable for the number of houses proposed.
