CFS086 is an area of significance to local wildlife along with CFS027 and CFS053, all of these areas provide refuge for local wildlife from the ever expanding town. The impact of recent building of flats and therefore increased traffic by Bullwood Hall has reduced the habitat boundary on side, pushing the wildlife towards these areas. To then build on the promoted sites only leaving CFS086 would be to completely disregard the natural habitat of our semi-rural community.
