The following sites should NOT be promoted for housing - CFS027 and CFS053. These areas are on fields that regularly flood and protect the surrounding houses from rainwater deluge. Building on these areas would greatly impact the road infrastructure - higher traffic on roads that are not made large volumes of traffic - i.e farm roads. These fields provide a green space for local wildlife and regularly we spot deer within these fields - building on these fields would restrict their habitat which has already been reduced in Hockley Woods area.
