If these areas are built on, then the whole dynamic, feel and hart of Rayleigh will change. It will become characterless and be swallowed up by the housing progression that runs unbroken from London to the coast. Becoming another Basildon or Romford. The rural homely feel of Rayleigh it’s importance in history for the area and what it stands for will be lost
