Re CFS024. Land to the North of Merryfields Avenue.
This land should not be developed. This area has badgers, bats, deer, etc; all using this land to survive and to rear their young, too many green areas are being ripped up just to put money in pockets that are already lined enough without thought whatsoever of the impacts involved.
The people in this area objected a long time ago to this building and each time it was denied so what has changed now?
