This piece of land was once owned by a person who never wanted any building to take place on it but since his demise his family have constantly wanted to build on the land for their own gains.
39 homes on this small piece of land is ridiculous. There is not the infrastructure to accommodate any more homes in the Hockley, Hawkwell areas. It is a logistical nightmare getting out of Hockley for work rest or play let alone building more properties.
Also what about the doctors, dentists etc; etc; let alone the wildlife that will disappear.
