Yes CFS053 Wellington Road plot is a major place for walkers and horse riders, and people walking their dogs, as already mentioned having open air spaces is good for mental health surely you cannot just keep building, why dont we just knock all houses down in Rayleigh, build one big house and we all live in that as that's how it feels when you are constantly building over green belt. I find this so disappointing, i always wonder why certain areas are chosen, maybe we should se if any Councillors live near these promoted sites, i bet £100 most of them dont, so its not an issue for them. How would you feel if someone was building over where you live, its wrong, and its going to cause many issues.
