No more housing - even affordable is out of reach for lots of young, 1st-time buyers.
We have enough retail outlets, a number of them are now charity shops as mainstream shops have closed.
We need more green spaces, schools, doctor surgeries & NHS dentists. Allotments are few & far apart & expensive.
Rayleigh is complete, as far as housing goes. We need our only large, popular, leisure venue to remain as it is (upgraded), to ensure the residents of Rayleigh have a decent entertainment centre to cater for all.
