This site takes all local surface water drainage and receives surface water drainage from Rayleigh Fairview Playing field with a connection that is sited between 55 & 57 Nelson Rd causing regular flooding on its southern boundary with CFS098. Any development would create even more of a flooding issue. Risk of flooding 1 and not 5 as inferred in the assessment. There are even more mis quotes in the assessment which should be urgently reanalysed and updated accordingly.
