Figure 44 shows CFS148 as a promoted development site? Yet your current assessment for this site states several reasons which have sound objections to the site development. The actual development will encroach on to what is now considered a site of nature and wildlife worthy of protection. The land at present is farming land so we shall loose yet more crop and produce, where does this stop? when we have no flour for bread? if you look at Figure 44 most if n to all the proposed development land is brown field site, so yet less crops and more people?
