The land at Pulpits Farm adjacent to the Broadlands must be protected. To lose such a large swath of open green farmland would be devastating for local wildlife and local infrastructure. Greensward Lane is already at capacity and hundreds more vehicles joining it from Pulpits would be chaos. To lose such open space would also adversely and permanently affect the core characteristic of the Broadlands Estate, in that easily accessible footpaths off the estate allow walks into this area which provide a valuable green lung for the area and residents.
