Site reference: CFS264 Address: Land at Greenacres Nursery, Hockley needs protecting from development.
If this site was used it would have a huge impact on agriculture - the nursery is a big part of the community, producing plants for locals.
Traffic on the main road is already a big issue, adding extra houses in close proximity would add to this, which in turn affects pollution and quality of life for locals.
The same can be said for Site reference: CFS064 Address: Land north and east of Folly Chase, Hockley. Additionally, the local school is already over subscribed and green belt
