I completely oppose CFS 148, 170, 025, 139 and 121 as you cannot continue to develop sporadically and on farm land where other developments sites are available or should be considered. As an example if you permit building on CFS148, CFS 170 and CFS 164 why not permit all land between those sites also as housing development
