CFS064 needs protecting from development, it is a community asset and is used by many local people for exercise, walking dogs and general recreation. It breaks up the urban sprawl between Folly lane and the rest of Hockley .Whilst we are on it introduce a width restriction down Folly lane to stop HGV's using it, you must have wondered why the drain opposite folly chase keeps breaking, its because HGV's keep mounting the kerb to get round it!
You cant build on Belchamps either, where will the kids go for Beaver/Cub/Scout camp. This is really heartless
