All of the proposed areas require protecting from development but particularly the areas behind Hockley Primary and Westerings Primary as these schools are already at capacity and would require destruction of agricultural land/woodland. It has been suggested that the land behind Hockley Primary is of low agricultural quality; its strange as wheat has been grown regularly on the site. The access to both of these sites would also involve considerable disturbance to local residents both during construction and therafter
