I believe this goes a little bit too far in developing the village, although there are aspects that could be taken forward in the final plan. In particular the loss of the sorting office in the village would mean that people would have to travel further (possibly to Basildon) to collect undelivered latters and packages,would not be able to catch the last post late in the afternoon and have a significant impact on the people that work there.
