We very much object to houses being built off Folly Chase.

If this is inevitable however, the Pond Chase site would be most suitable from every point of view.

Reasons for objection

1. Folly chase is a private road
2. Close is too narrow for development
3. Children's play space destroyed
4. Loss of green belt
5. Destruction of rural scene
6. Footpaths destroyed
7. Country walks lost
8. Unsold properties in the area therefore no more properties needed.
9. Loss of wild life
10. Loss of trees, plants etc.
