In principle I do not agree with any of the Options you have put forward because I disagree with the loss of any further greenbelt for development.

The additional housing needs of Hawkwell are far less than 175 and such needs can be easily accommodated on brown field sites rather than green belt. Furthermore, any of these options which are of a similar location i.e. incorporating the Christmas Tree Farm will only add to existing 'bottlenecks' and are totally out of character with existing properties.

Hawkwell already suffers from a lack of infrastructure which this proposed development would only serve to exacerbate it. We should only build the minimum number of properties necessary to meet the requirements of Hawkwell.
