COMMENTS REGARDING THE PROPOSED DEVELOPNMENT THORPE RD/RECTORY RD HAWKWELL
I do not agree in principle with any of the options put forward because I disagree with the loss of any further green belt land for development. Future housing needs for Hawkwell are far less than 175 and such needs can easily be accommodated on smaller brown field sites rather than green belt.
I also think that Main road Hawkwell is already overloaded with existing traffic. We already have a problem with lack of NHS Dentists in the area and only after a long fight was a Doctors surgery allowed to remain open.
Has anyone thought about the infrastructure needed to support any further development?
