This is a greenfield site (agricultural) and all brownfield sites in the district should be utilised before consideration is given to any loss of greenbelt - Core Strategy still supports the need to protect against encroachment of development into the countryside. Location of this site could potentially give rise to further development 'sprawl' in the rest ot this field as there is no natural boundary.
