Allocations DPD Discussion and Consultation Document

Representation ID: 17934

Received: 13/04/2010

Respondent: Mr Paul Sealey

Representation Summary:

As noted, none of the sites shown provides an obviousy defensible boundary. Perhaps consideration could be given to using the apparent existing hedge line running through the site? Also SEA1 and SEA3 do not apparently have any access. SEA2 has access via Oxford Road but notes this would increase traffic in the road - perhaps an understatement given the size of the proposed development. Details of how access would be achieved should be produced before approving any development.
